Grinnell Place Lofts

Former Grinnell Brothers Piano Co. warehouse built in 1921, located in historic Corktown, Detroit’s oldest neighborhood

Fisher Kahn Apartments

Historic restoration and renovation of a 1916 apartment building in the heart of New Center, Detroit.
This property shares a corner with the Fisher Building, The Albert Kahn Building and New Center One Building.

Carola Lofts

Former Carola Hotel, vacant and abandoned for nearly 20 years. 78 Watson St. in Detroit’s Brush Park neighborhood

Detroit Academy of Arts & Sciences

Former St. Stanislaus Catholic high school on Medbury & Chene St. just south of l94 in Detroit’s near Eastside.
The school was vacant and decaying for 15 years.
