Joe Barbat is the principal of Eagle Construction Services and Barbat Holdings, LLC, a Michigan based construction, property management and investment company. Mr. Barbat has over 20 years of experience in Hospitality, Development and Property management, specifically taking challenged businesses and renovating them into successful business operations. Mr. Barbat’s portfolio currently manages an excess of 2,000,000 square feet of Restaurant, Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate. Barbat’s mission is to continuously evolve its properties as well as help beautify the cities in which we do business. Mr. Barbat is known for his ability to motivate staff and solidify long-lasting relationships with his suppliers and customers. His core business philosophy is, “together we are smarter than any one of us can be alone” and his business mantra is to provide his clients with the highest quality of expertise and customer service at all times.

John Moran brings his 30+ years’ experience to the company, providing day-to-day direction and management of the finance and accounting teams. Mr. Moran continues to define what brings value to the portfolio, adding continued success to his track record. He is responsible for advising operations and identifying new ways to integrate best practices in each business model Mr. Moran oversees all business strategy and long-term financial planning. He is currently the active liaison between all partners and stakeholders.

Mrs. Parker is a transactional attorney experienced in the practice of hospitality, real estate and corporate law. Her career spans over 20 years. Along with supervising all legal, financing and human resource matters affecting the Barbat Holdings company portfolio, she also provides daily on site support for all permissible activities related to the business. 

Jose Duarte started in the construction business from the ground up and quickly learned the trade and climbed the ladder to became a successful knowledgeable contractor. This is when he founded his construction company and guided the company to become a reputable team. With his team of designers and contractors he helped his community and South Florida clients ideas, dreams and project come to live providing high-end quality results.
